Once you have filled out the assessment form a personal project ID number will be assigned to you via email. The email you receive will provide you with your account information and will provide you with deatiled information regarding our services.

The second step is to send in your media to one of our class 100 clean room laboratories.

The email you receive after filling out our recovery assessment form will provide you with full shipping instructions for the lab closest to you.

Once we have received your media into one of our recovery facilities, you will be contacted by your recovery representaive and a full diagnostic evaluation will be performed on your media at no charge to you.

We want to make sure that you have all the answers before having to make any financial commitments.

Once your media has reached our recovery lab it will undergo a full diagnostic evaluation at no charge to you. Our engineers will perform a number of tests and examiniations on your hard drive in order to find out exactly what the problems are. This process will usually be completed within 4 to 6 hours from the time of receiving your media

Once our data recovery engineers have determined the problem associated with your drive, you will be contacted by your recovery service representative with a detailed quote outlining the total costs involved in recovering your project, along with an explanation of the problems we found.

At this point you have the option to go ahead with the data recovery at the quoted price, or you can opt not to thave the data recovery done and we will return your media back to you. Either way, you will still have the luxury of knowing exactly what the problem is associated with your media before making any financial commitments.

After you have reviewed your detailed quote from our free data recovery evaluation process and give us your approval we will begin the full recovery process.

The first thing to occur in the data recovery process is the cloning process. We never work directly on your original media. Once the cloning process is complete, our data recovery engineers will work at the hexidecimal level (machine level) of your drive in order to get the best recovery results. We go below the operating system which enables us to go to the root of your data loss problem.

Throughout the entire data recovery process, your media is in a secure, static-free, class 100 clean room environment. This prevents the possibility of any further damage happening as a result of dust or related particles getting into an open hard drive.

All of the data that gets recovered in our laboratories undergoes a strict and rigorous quality control process to ensure that the integrity of the data is maintained.

We make sure that your target files and folders are functional and that all of the data will be easily accessible once it has been returned to you. Once the quality control process is complete your media will be returned to you on CD, DVD, or hard drive, depending on the project size and needs. In some circumstances data can be transferred via ftp.
